Built from the ground up
1057 Industries was founded in Emerald, Queensland — the heart of Central Queensland's mining and resources sector. We started with a simple belief: that quality vocational training should be accessible, practical, and delivered by people who actually know the work.
Our trainers and assessors have real industry backgrounds. They've operated the machinery, worked the permits, and responded to the emergencies. That experience is what separates a classroom tick-and-flick from training that genuinely prepares workers for the hazards they'll face on site.
From a single trainer in Central QLD, we've grown to deliver nationally recognised units of competency across Australia — from regional mines and construction sites to corporate worksites in every state and territory.
